Bao Today Pte Ltd was established in 2005 as a Dim Sum café with one intention – to introduce, if not popularize one of the traditional Chinese cuisine, the Bao(bun) – alongside a variety of Dim Sum delights. More importantly, it was to make this cuisine available to the masses and freshly made everyday.
Our Dim Sum chefs work hard to produce fresh and handmade baos and dim sum daily for the enjoyment of our customers, and though they left their homeland of Hong Kong, they did not leave behind the culture of their roots. Using an assortment of ingredients, they concoct both very traditional as well as very special distinct flavors of baos, tinkling your sensations to a new height.
